Strategic & Creative Planning

We like to start with understanding your project/event goals to ensure that every element is strategically formed to produce results. Strategic and creative planning includes: consultation, brainstorming and ideation, presentation development, event planning, and experiential marketing. HINT! This is an important first step before starting any project, and having your production company involved in the process will help generate greater ideas, producing bolder results.

Event Production

In live production, we have Event Producers (EPs) who are responsible for designing your “show” and creating the experience. Their responsibilities generally include: Overseeing all stage production, developing set designs, discovering sponsor recognition opportunities, integrating brands through experiential marketing, innovation, sculpting the run-of-show, script writing, storytelling, talent acquisition, scrubbing talent riders, overseeing and conceptualizing custom content creation, special effects, and coordinating all things audio visual. The Event Producer will generally take care of hiring the full stage crew i.e. stage managers, runners, directors, designers, producers, technicians, etc. The EP will also be in charge of all show calls and communication to make sure everything runs smoothly. If your event has a television broadcast component, GVP will work parallel to the broadcast team, assisting them with their audio visual needs and providing themes and color schemes to create one cohesive look between the live event and the television broadcast. HINT! The process runs smoother when starting with a budget (even if that budget is a range). We can develop several ideas, but working within a $50,000 budget is much different than working with a $3,000,000 budget.

Experiential Marketing & Brand Integration

If you take a moment to think about the best event you've ever attended, I bet you can recall exactly where you were, who you were with, and how you felt. You remember little moments throughout the day that exceeded your expectations and left you grinning from ear to ear. That feeling you had and that memory you carry with you, THAT is the experience we aim to create with every project we produce. 

We understand that it's not just what you say, but how you deliver the message. In todays world, people want an experience to take with them. We design experiences infused with your brand to make sure when consumers/attendees think back on that fond experience, you're included in the memory. 

HINT! Remember that you can create experiences anywhere; In a presentation, on the street, inside a trade show booth, at an event, in an activation space, at a venue location, on a phone/ electronic device, and even within ads. Teach yourself to think without limitations, and watch what happens!

Set Design

A great design is a crucial piece that sets the tone before the event or video shoot even begins. If you’re looking for a wow-factor you’ve come to the right place. Sit with our creative and design team to gain inspiration and come up with something unique, specifically designed for your event. The process starts with understanding the event goals, and then we discover the various elements that appeal to you and your audience. We usually start with some simple sketches or building blocks that later develop into 3D renders, pre visualizations, or a virtual reality walk through, which eventually become a live reality.

HINT! Definitely, include GVP (your AV Provider) in the design process because nobody knows these products better! The collaboration may give you ideas and possibilities you didn’t even know existed!

Custom Scenic

From set pieces to Olympic-style cauldrons, we’ve custom designed a variety of unique displays. Full disclosure: Currently, we design the displays in house and source the actual production of these items to our trusted partners whom we frequently work alongside to bring your visions to life. Some of our clients have their own fabrication vendors and we are happy working with them too!

HINT! With enough time, we believe that anything is possible, an idea stretches as far as your imagination and budget will allow.

Audio Visual

GVP is unique in that we are an event production company who also owns a large inventory of audio visual equipment. We spend a lot of time focusing on research and development so we're always up to date with the latest technology and trends. We have both the inventory and the relationships to provide any audio visual assistance you might need, including any special effects! 

HINT! Audio Visual is typically anywhere from 20-50% of your entire event budget, but can fluctuate greatly depending on the project.

Content Creation

Another benefit to using GVP is we custom create all your content needs in-house. Literally, anything you need. Your Event Producer (EP) will be responsible for working with our creative team to develop ideas and execute the vision.
